Network Analyst

Description

REJIS is seeking an individual with 3 – 5 years of proven systems administration and technical experience, thorough Windows server knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.

Strong Knowledge supporting the following:

• Microsoft Desktop, applications, and end-user support
• Microsoft Windows server (2012 – 2019) administration
• Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain architecture, NTFS permissions, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, and other relevant protocols
• Knowledge of deploying system security patches to an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of enterprise Anti-Virus solutions
• VMware and virtualization administration experience
• Enterprise Storage administration
• Enterprise Backup and Recovery administration, both physical and virtual
• System installations, hardware, and software upgrades diagnosing, repairing, and daily monitoring of enterprise systems, to ensure optimal Infrastructure performance and high availability
• Internet and Email messaging systems
• Data Center Infrastructure support, including the racking of equipment, installation, moves, adds, and changes for REJIS and our customers

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safeguard all REJIS and customer information per CJIS, MULES, and REJIS guidelines, including but not limited to source code, USB devices, reports, backup tapes, CDs, portable data, etc
• Adheres to all REJIS policies and procedures, including Change Control, and Case Management, as well as all applicable customer policies and procedures
• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Reliability to assignments and projects and periodic after-hours standby responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and (3 -5) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft, Vmware, Security, or other advanced industry certifications
• Enterprise email experience including, Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft Sharepoint experience
• Enterprise Storage administration including, Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems
• Dell hardware experience, including both desktop and server systems
• Enterprise Backup system experience, Veeam Backup, and Replication
• Enterprise Antivirus experience, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), and McAfee MOVE experience
