Job Summary:
Incumbent is responsible for making appointments and performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Role and Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls from patients
Schedule consults and procedures
Ensure there are no scheduling conflicts & appointment confirmations.
Confirm and update our patient and provider database as needed
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: High School diploma
Preferred Education or Experience:
Education: Bachelors degree
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
