Position Responsibilities and Objectives include but are not limited to:
- Working as a team member to manufacture quality parts in a timely manner operating and setting up the Rekluse friction bonding production line.
- The Friction bonding line operator is responsible for bonding friction pads to steel or aluminum parts using a bond agent. Align and position materials being joined to ensure accurate application of adhesive and/or heat sealing.
- Adjust machine components according to specifications such as width, lengths, and thickness.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and report or resolve problems.
- Start machines and turn valves, or move controls to feed, or transfer materials and adhesives.
- Adjust temperature, pressure, and time settings as needed.
- Fill machines with glue, cement, or adhesives.

- Keep machinery and tooling in good working order.

- Communicate issues effectively to appropriate individuals

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a assembly process a bonus.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Candidate must be able to communicate in English

- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail oriented, responsible, with excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
