Position Responsibilities and Objectives include but are not limited to:

• Working as a team member to manufacture quality parts in a timely manner operating and setting up the Rekluse friction bonding production line. 
•  The Friction bonding line operator is responsible for bonding friction pads to steel or aluminum parts using a bond agent. Align and position materials being joined to ensure accurate application of adhesive and/or heat sealing.  
• Adjust machine components according to specifications such as width, lengths, and thickness. 
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and report or resolve problems.
• Start machines and turn valves, or move controls to feed, or transfer materials and adhesives.
• Adjust temperature, pressure, and time settings as needed. 
• Fill machines with glue, cement, or adhesives.

• Keep machinery and tooling in good working order.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Communicate issues effectively to appropriate individuals
• Visual attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain focus while operating machinery. 

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a assembly process a bonus. 
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Candidate must be able to communicate in English
• Positive attitude and able to work as a team
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail oriented, responsible, with excellent organizational skills
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Understanding of manufacturing process and associated software
