Customer Service Representative
About the Company: RelaDyne, Inc. is the established leader in lubricant sales, distribution, equipment reliability services, and value-added services. Our location is currently looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative with a strong work ethic.
Pay: $21 - $24 per hour
Location: Hybrid

Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative
- Deal Directly with customers either by telephone or email
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: copying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Processing daily invoicing duties, communicating with internal and external customers.
- Coordinate and communicate customer orders/questions/requests with operations and sales teams.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications and request
- Maintain customer databases
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Prepare correspondence and presentations
Requirements – Customer Service Representative
- No experience required; all training will be provided.
