Job Description
We are looking for a line cook to work a four day work week: Monday-Thursday 12pm-close (will be done between 9pm- 10pm). Monday and Tuesday nights have a small bar menu only, so the cook must be able to work by themselves, cook meat to temp, and close the line. Wednesday and Thursday are regular dinner service.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service
- Read and execute Banquet Event Orders
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Put away food order. Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Skills
- Have a working level of kitchen English
- Hot line cook experience
- Cook meat to temp
- Sense of urgeny
