An exciting opportunity to join a growing organization! RelateCare provides the very best in-patient access, telehealth, Nurse Triage, contact center and outsourcing solutions to healthcare organizations around the world. We are currently seeking Telehealth Registered Nurses in Massachuetts or New Hampshire.
The Telehealth RN facilitates patients’ access to the appropriate level of care by receiving acute care calls, assessing needs, clinical decision making, referrals to health care providers, services, and community resources, as well as post discharge calls – all over the phone. This position promotes wellness and informed decisions by providing health information, home care advice, and prevention concepts.
Qualifications - Ideal candidates will have:
- Registered Nursing degree (RN); BSN preferred
- Active Registered Nurse, Board of Nursing License in MA, NH or Compact state license
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience - ER and/or ICU preferred
- Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to resolve
Schedule/Work Environment:
- Accepting Full Time and Part Time roles.
- Alternating weekend shifts
- 24 hours a day operations; Hours are subject to change based on business needs
- High-speed internet with ethernet hookup required
- Designated office within residence
- Laptop, headset, and phone provided
