Purpose and Description:

Relax & Co. is looking for hard working, team driven individuals with former landscape and gardening maintenance and/or construction experience to join our residential Landscape Division. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with learning our protocols as well as being willing to share any expertise from their own prior experience. As a part of the team, this position will require confidence in efficiently training and working alongside their new crew out in the field. Any certifications and/or skills you have acquired that pertain to this type of work are all a plus and will be taken into account during the interview process. Please let us know if you also have Landscape Design experience!

Landscaping Team Members install patios, trim hedges, plant trees & bushes, mow the lawns for the properties we care for, as well as do snow and ice removal seasonally. The landscaping team helps our clients' properties look their best in all seasons of the year. This position interacts directly with clients and customer service is a core responsibility. The best Landscaping Crew Members are genuinely excited to come to work every day and act as part of a close knit group to deliver the best possible service. They're detail-oriented, and communicative. Landscaping Team members can see beyond what a property is, to what it could be, and focus on executing on the details that make all the difference. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve issues and communicate with supervisors to strategize to resolve issues.

Candidates must:

- Have 2 years of verifiable experience in the lawn care, garden maintenance and landscape field. Work references will be requested

- Prior trainer experience is a big plus!

- Possess awesome customer service and communication skills

- Enjoy working in a team environment; communication is our key to success!

Requirements:

5. A valid driver’s license

7. Consistently wear uniform and or comply with the company dress code
