Relax the Back has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Assistant Sales Manager based in our Kennesaw location with occasional coverage at Alpharetta store, to join our team of dynamic people. What We Need

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail as a supervisor or manager.
• Experience in nursing, physical therapy or chiropractic is a plus but not a requirement.
• Enthusiastic team-player.

What You Will Do

• Supervise sales associates.
• Motivate subordinate employees to be successful.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Interact with clients and listen to their needs.
• Solve client problems by recommending appropriate products.
• Handle product returns.
• Process payments and reporting through POS and CRM systems.
• Manage cash balances.
• Address sales associate concerns.
• Interact with vendors.
• Meet or exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Ensure effective store operations.
• Open and close as needed.
• Assist with delivery, product assembly and product repairs.
• Identify and manage loss prevention.
