About The Role

In this highly strategic yet execution-oriented role, the Go-To-Market Manager will help Relay launch new products, services, and features to acquire and convert new customers. As a member of our GTM team, you will own initiatives from ideation through execution, defining the core business requirements for launch and collaborating with key internal stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and operations on business strategy, launch plan, and customer experience.

• Define the go-to-market strategy for new company wide initiatives, including new service launches and updates to existing services
• Lead the commercialization of key business initiatives across product, marketing, sales, and operations teams; lead project groups from ideation through execution, through exemplary project management and organization, creating and holding to deadlines while often managing without authority, and showcasing project transparency in the process
• Partner closely with the marketing team to craft messaging and positioning for new launches and ensure alignment between internal stakeholders
• Conduct customer and competitive research to understand customer pain points and identify areas of opportunity for new and existing services
• Collect data, interpreting and sharing trends, providing market sizing, partner and sales performance analysis

About You

• Has 5 years of relevant experience, which may include roles in product marketing, program/project management, consulting, strategy, or business operations
• Has experience creating go-to-market strategies for new products, services, features
• Excels at leading large-scale, cross-functional projects across an organization
• Obsesses over customer experience and has a high degree of customer empathy
• Possesses stellar written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Can distill complex concepts down into easy to understand content
• Is equal parts creative and analytical; you should be equally comfortable in a design brainstorm and reviewing data in Looker
• Extremely organized and has a close attention to detail
