Some tasks include:
Coordinating Communication: Acting as a liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure everyone is aligned.
Scheduling Closings: Arranging for meetings where all parties can sign the necessary paperwork to officially close the transaction.
Disbursing Funds: Ensuring that funds are properly allocated to the relevant parties, including the seller, agents, and any third-party vendors.
Problem-solving: Addressing any last-minute issues or discrepancies that may arise before or during the closing process.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
