What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yard Manager position at Reliable Tire Disposal?
Reliable Tire Disposal is a tire recycling company in Burnet Texas. We are currently looking for a yard Manager, Hours 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Administer all work yard operations and ensure compliance to safety policies.
- Maintain neat and clean yard at all times.
- Maintain optimal level of customer services.
- assist to resolve all customer issues.
- Consistently hit set quotas.
- Monitor work of employees and initiate disciplinary actions as required.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Work closely with Plant Manager and other Supervisors in the achievement of relevant metrics.
- Keep yard in compliance with TCEQ requirements.
- 2 years' Operating a excavator.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
