Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and Incident Response: Assist in monitoring network and system logs for suspicious activities, promptly responding to security alerts and incidents to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.• User Access Management: Assist in managing user access controls by provisioning and de-provisioning user accounts, ensuring proper permissions and access levels according to security policies.• Patch Management: Assist in maintaining and implementing a patch management process, ensuring that operating systems, software applications, and security tools are up to date with the latest security patches.• Documentation and Training: Contribute to creating and updating security documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and incident reports. Assist in organizing security awareness training sessions for employees to promote a culture of security awareness.• Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times.• Must adhere to the policies, principles, and guidance within the Employee Handbook and Code of Business Conduct.• Attends all mandatory meetings, training, and assignments as delegated.• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Experience:• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.• 2 years of Information Technology Experience Required
Computer Skills:• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)• Proficient Internet navigation skills
• Proficient with Active Directory, or Identity and Authorization Management (IAM)
Certificates and Licenses:• Required; CompTIA A , Network , Security • Preferred one or more of the following: GSEC, Associate of ISC2, CCNA, Google Cybersecurity Certification, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
