Busy fire protection equipment company requires a reliable local person for office assistant. Full time hours M-F 7:30 AM till 3:30 PM. Minimum High school graduate with experience in an office setting is a plus.
Administrative assistant responsibilities include:
- Good Organizational skills
- Skills in MS Word, Excel and Access
- Invoicing utilizing Quickbooks
- Scanning reports and filing hard copy and electronic copy accurately
- Excellent verbal skills to deal directly with visitors
- Good communication skills to answer and direct phone calls
- Notary public is a plus
- Ability to multitask
Pay depends on experience. Submit resume indicating your past experience that would relate to this position. Indicate your specific experience in this field. Drivers License / reliable transportation to and from work is required. Must be willing to under go a Fingerprint and Background investigation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
