Commercial Flooring/Carpentry Technician

We provide construction and maintenance service to primarily supermarkets, convenience stores, and other commercial/industrial businesses. Our employees are servicing the Mid-Atlantic region out of 5 branch offices-Mechanicsburg PA, Allentown PA, Richmond VA, Pittsburgh PA and Baltimore MD. REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior carpentry, flooring (ceramic, VCT, linoleum) Knowledge of sheetrock and painting a plus!
- High School diploma/GED
- Valid Driver’s License – clean driving record
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints, a plus
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Must have own hand tools
- Must maintain a professional appearance, friendly and positive attitude
- Must possess the ability to communicate with customers, dispatch, and management both verbally and written.
