Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
Shift: FT hours between 7:30am - 7:00pm (Monday - Friday, Saturdays optional)
Job duties of a Call Center Collection Manager:
- Comply with the FDCPA and HIPAA regulations at all times
- Responsible for supervising the collection department
- Schedule employees to ensure proper phone coverage
- Attend advisory meetings (one meeting per week)
