Do you have a friendly, personable speaking voice and love helping others? As a switchboard operator, you will typically be the first person clients speak with, so you have a great responsibility of providing callers with a productive experience.

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

$14.00/hour

  • Will be handling high call volumes
  • Data entry 
  • Transferring calls and providing standard company information
  • Excellent speaking voice
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Knowledge of switchboards and phone systems
