  • Provide administrative support to the DOS & Sales Managers.
  • Generate/Distribute group Resumes/BEO's.
  • Prepare the weekly packets for distributions.
  • Answer calls and distribute leads to the Sales dept.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of administrative experience or any combined of similar education/experience. (Hotel preferred)
  • Ability to read/write/speak English fluently, able to communicate effectively with other departments.
  • Proficient in microsoft, spreadsheets, email, etc.
  • Ability to solve practical problems & deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.
  • Able to multi task & be flexible.
