What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Analyst position at Remington?
What you will do:
As a Revenue Analyst, you will analyze and support all of Commercial Strategy and across all 3 disciplines including Revenue Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Sales. You are the domain expert and bring to the table your industry experience, analytical skills, and deep knowledge of the relevant data. Your daily duties would include data transformations, data analysis, anomaly detection, and developing repeatable methods to ensure data integrity and presentation of insights via data visualizations. You will collaborate closely with all 3 departments to help hotels maximize their KPI’s.
- Assist in Managing Group Projections in RMS system. (To Bes)
- Update, process, generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly revenue management reports
- Assist in 30-60-90 Process.
- Monitor Parity Reports and Fix any Parity Issues that may be occurring.
- Oversee OTA interfaces with CRS System, load new room types and rate codes.
- Audit CRS system for room types, fees, taxes, etc.
- Develop new reports, as needed, to assist in preparation for the revenue management meetings or data analysis.
- Create new reports as needed in PowerBi
- Assist in the collection and harmonization of data for Analytics
- Assist the ADRS with reporting, rate creation, and rate changes as needed.
- Maintain historical statistical data from all distribution channels.
- Analyze and present an accurate picture of trends, demand, and market conditions. (RO calls and Owner Decks)
- Build and manage special rate plans (SRPs) in CRS according to established revenue management guidelines.
- Support ADRS in managing the rolling 52-week inventory in CRS/RMS.
- Help create owner presentations as needed.
