What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Specialist position at Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen?
Due to continued growth and expansion, Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen is seeking an Experienced CAD Specialist to join our team! We are looking for someone who thrives with organization, can maintain concentration, is detail oriented, and accurate.
Experience in 2020 is a must and experience in Chief Architect is a major plus!
Responsibilities:
- Draw new projects such as Powder Baths, Hall Baths, Master Baths, Kitchens, Larger Construction and Complex projects and Additions
- Assist in the organization of file for the permit runner and communicate expected timelines for delivery internally
- Communicate with internal departments when necessary, regarding drawings
- Revise preconned drawings and make additional adjustments per client request
- Manage and input all new projects
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of CAD experience
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible
- Highly-organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from management team
- Experience with Chief Architect specifically with Kitchens and Bathrooms
- Experience with Chief Architect 2020 is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Cabinetry nomenclature is highly preferred
- Prior experience running permits
