GP Strategies is looking for a content developer to work with our clients and Learning Experience teams. You’ll develop and maintain interactive on-line course content.

About the role
On a day to day basis you’ll:
- Work with SMEs, Learning Architects and Content Managers to find and curate useful, relevant and good quality content from a range of sources
- Write concise text to contextualize the content for learners
- Manage the review process
- Build and update learning paths in the LXP
- Ensure content and paths are quality checked and user tested
- Ensure meta-tagging and confirm IP rights
- Communicate regularly with team members and project manager to report progress
- Proactively manage workload
- Follow and align to the Governance Process and Standards
What we need
Ideally, you’ll have experience of working with an LXP within an organization. Most importantly, you will be able to put yourself in a learner’s shoes and think about their needs. You’ll ask questions to check your understanding and apply judgment to help us create a great learner experience.
Additionally we’ll need:
- Previous experience of working in a curator/content developer role
- Experience of LXPs
- Ability to follow processes and work quickly to set timelines
- Excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Experience in using effective training methodologies and digital tools
