To fuel our ambitious plans for our third decade, we have restructured, and are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Management & Operations team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing client projects and ensuring all deliverables are provided to our client’s specifications, on time and on budget. You will be responsible for working with clients and our account teams to understand the business requirements and scope of projects. You will lead strategy, creative teams and development resources through the project life cycle, developing timelines, running status meetings, identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and providing burn reports for utilization and resourcing.

ROLE:
We’re seeking a passionate Project Manager who loves working in an exciting setting collaborating on building comprehensive digital experiences. You will be responsible for managing client projects and ensuring all deliverables are provided to our client’s specifications, on time and on budget. You will be responsible for working with clients and our account teams to understand the business requirements and scope of projects. You will lead strategy, creative teams and development resources through the project life cycle, developing timelines, running status meetings, identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and providing burn reports for utilization and resourcing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the scope, resources, budget, and project schedule
• Oversee maintenance of the project plan with status updates
• Work closely with Account Executives, Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams to understand and execute client requests & develop business requirements and implementation plans.
• Promote teamwork and coordination across team members.
• Ensure ability to track project progress in coordination with project financials.
• Manage efficient internal meetings – coordinate effective responses from the team.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Set expectations for deliverables, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Identify resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 years of experience in a project management environment
• Strong understanding of all aspects of digital development and production
• Ability to manage complex, competing requests and resolve conflict
• Working knowledge of project management software like Microsoft Project, or Smartsheets
• Exposure to analytical concepts and data management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Extremely creative, resourceful, and adaptable to support multiple initiatives
• Motivation to grow within the position and take on more responsibilities
• Experience in a highly collaborative agency business
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
• Proven working experience in project management in the pharma, marketing, design or information technology sector
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Self-running and motivated
• Manages own time efficiently – finds solutions to problems by coordinating effectively
This full-time role has a salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year and includes access to all benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending accounts and more.
