You will spearhead the evolution of these platforms in our enterprise and lead a team to drive innovation, efficiency, and security. Your deep understanding of the technologies will drive strategic decisions regarding enterprise utilization of this space. Partnering with other technology teams, you will champion improved operational capabilities and modernize our infrastructure across the enterprise. Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead both in-house and contract team members to support projects and operations related to M365, AWS, Azure, and legacy technologies
- Develop and implement a comprehensive M365 strategy aligned to the business objectives
- Partner with technology teams to design and deploy systems into AWS and Azure in support of our business initiatives
- Design and manage the operational support of these environments, including requests and performance monitoring
- Lead the selection, configuration, and deployment of services across the cloud platforms
- Partner with security to ensure compliance and hygiene as well as migration from legacy technologies
- Champion user adoption of tooling and architectures, promoting best practices and driving awareness of M365, AWS and Azure capabilities across the organization
- Stay up to date on the latest trends, features, and security capabilities to maintain an evolving strategic roadmap
- Develop a team of specialists while providing mentorship and direction across the organization to improve utilization
- Be accountable for monitoring spend and budget across the platforms with an eye towards improved automation for spend visibility
- Partner with key stakeholders across the org to ensure effective communication and alignment of business needs related to the platforms
- Contribute, and lead where needed, to the improvement of technology support processes

- 10 years of experience managing and leading deployment of enterprise-level platforms
- 5 years' experience with a combination of M365, AWS or Azure
- 2 years' experience leading migration projects from legacy to cloud
- 2 years' experience working on cross-functional technology deployments
- AWS experience is nice-to-have, but Microsoft stack experience is ideal
- A strong understanding of cloud computing principles and infrastructure experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ideally, certifications in M365, Azure, or AWS
