Prior experience in truck driving recruiting is also not required, but experience in other fields–such as customer service or sales–can help you fare well.
Candidate will work hand in hand with our Recruiting Office Managers learning industry standard techniques including sourcing resumes, performing research, account management and variety of administrative related task. Helpful if candidate is interested in staffing, recruiting, HR and administrative support.
We currently hire in drivers in the transportation industry. Opportunity to work on warehouse, clerical and light industrial staffing after 90 days of employment with more opportunities to earn placement fees for our recruiting team!
$200-1400 per placement depending on the client. Room for growth!

Requirements
- Shifts available 10am-3pm or 1pm -6pm Monday-Friday
- Comfortable with commission structure/ 1099 employee
- Strong administrative/computer skills and multi-tasking required
Job Responsibilities
- As a truck driver recruiter, you will work with truck drivers and successful trucking companies. You should be knowledgeable about the needs of the company and match them to qualified driver job openings
- Communicate with potential new hires about our network of job openings nationwide
- Cold call potential candidates
- Receive and input Driver resumes and applications into Database
- Pre-qualify new hires
- We provide leads, office des and training for serious contract recruiters who want to earn top commissions in transportation recruiting.
