Provide clients phone, email, and chat technical help.
Investigate and fix problems with the hardware, software, and network.
Help clients set up, configure, and use the product.
In our support system, track and record client issues and their resolutions.
When required, escalate difficult problems to engineering or higher-level support teams.
Work together as a team to exchange knowledge and enhance support procedures.
Keep abreast of business updates, product developments, and market trends.
Ensure client happiness by offering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
High school graduation or its equivalent; a bachelor's or associate's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
a track record of success in technical support or a related position.
strong familiarity with mobile devices, computers, and other tech products.
outstanding ability to solve problems and pay attention to details.
strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
the capacity to juggle several tasks at once and operate independently.
It is advantageous to have experience with support tools and software, such as Zendesk and Freshdesk.
