Human Resources Manager (HR)
Type: Direct Hire – in office with some flexibility
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE

Human Resources Manager (HR)
Type: Direct Hire – in office with some flexibility
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the business's overarching goals.
- Oversee HR functions specific to the CRM department and executive team.
- Lead and manage HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in production and support roles.
- Initiate and drive team-building activities to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Streamline and enhance HR processes and procedures for optimal efficiency and compliance.
- Address employee relations issues with a fair and consistent application of policies.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Administer benefits, including health, dental, vision, and short-term disability plans, as well as the 401K plan.
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations.
- Provide HR guidance and support to senior management and assist in executive decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5-7 years of HR management experience with a strong focus on strategic HR practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in team building and process development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
