Opportunity for a Concierge / Administrative Assistant in the Hamilton/Trenton area for a luxury apartment complex!
Hours: 40 hour work week between Sunday-Thursday, variation of 7am – 3pm and 2pm – 10pm
Compensation: $18/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides information to guest to assist in their needs; answering questions, giving directions and instructions, etc.
- Making arrangements and reservations for dining, tours, travel, entertainment, accommodations, rentals, etc.
- Improves services by obtaining and evaluating guest observations, opinions, and criticisms.
- Maintains guest privacy and organization reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
