Merchandising Coordinator needed for our client, a leading manufacturer in the Irving area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with teams on the design, development, costing and production of merchandising materials.
- Develop order forms for promotional programs, collect order quantities from field sales and place orders.
- Work closely with the Procurement department to manage vendors, report performance issues and track order status.
- Meet regularly with vendors to identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required, 2 years of college preferred
- Experience ordering supplies, processing invoices, and distributing material to field locations
- Project management experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
