Payroll Administrator Duties:
- Processing payroll thru ADP Workforce for over 400 employees
- Administers and processes biweekly, semi-monthly and meets deadlines to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Runs all payroll and time cycle tasks including starting new cycle, entering employee changes and pay data, creating manual checks, verifying payroll, previewing payroll, and accepting or correcting payroll
- Process accurate and timely year end reporting including processing of W-2, 1099 etc.
