RemX is looking for a Billing Clerks for our client in Franklin, TN. The Third-Party Billing is first point of contact for third party partners. Ideal front desk agents, accounting, hotel auditors. This position will work closely with Finance, Sales, Catering and Conference Services to create and bill for invoices of large groups. Must know Excel.
- Title: Third-Party Billing Clerk
- Employment Type: Contract to Hire
- Location: On-site | Franklin, TN
- Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 an hour
- Schedule Availability: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Targeted Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales, financial, and property management systems to reconcile charges posted to third party accounts
- Calculates and adjusts contractual concessions in systems
- Research and resolve discrepancies to ensure billing accuracy
- Compile final invoice for wholesale, tenant, rental, membership, corporate, and VIP accounts and delivered to required third party planners to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to resolve disputes
- Calculate contractual discounts owed and adjusts accordingly
- Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED
- Proficient knowledge of Excel especially functions and reporting REQUIRED
- 1 years of experience in hospitality or finance environment REQUIRED
- Ability to professionally communicate in written and verbal communication
- Work well alone and with team members to achieve tight deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
