We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build a next generation K-12 formative assessment platform that integrates into the Renaissance ecosystem. This role will own execution of the product roadmap and will manage and mentor a team of product owners.
In this role as a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Work with the VP of Product to define a realistic roadmap
- Own the execution and delivery of the roadmap
- Manage and mentor a team of product owners
- Prioritize enhancements and balance them with maintenance work
- Work with the product owners to define requirements and breakdown work
- Implement processes that reflect Agile best practices; seek continuous improvement
- Be an expert and evangelist of the product
- Drive product launches with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with content, engineering, and UX to build the best product possible
- Seek customer feedback and handle issues and escalations
- Build relationships and work with other product teams at Renaissance
For this role as a Senior Product Manager, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, or computer science, or an equivalent field is required; master's degree is preferred
- 7 years of product management experience, including management experience
- 5 years working on an assessment product, preferably in K-12
- Experience with revamping and overhauling a complex, legacy product
Bonus Point for:
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Expertise in product development best practices, including Agile methodology
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collect and analyze data to make good product decisions
- Demonstrated ability to successfully complete multiple complex technical tasks
Salary Range: $109,500 - $164,2000. This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
