What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist / Office Admin position at Renew Electric?
Candidate would be responsible for the listed duties (but not limited to):
• Answer phones and forward calls to correct department(s) and take detailed messages.
• Greet and assist incoming visitors
• Scanning and attaching documents daily
• Assist other departments with other tasks as needed
• Bilingual would be beneficial, but not required
• Must have a friendly outgoing work ethic and be a team player
• Must have Microsoft Office Word & Excel knowledge
• Hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 – 4:00
• Medical/Dental/Vision benefits after 60 days of employment
• Eligible for 401K after 1 year of employment
