What are the responsibilities and job description for the Renovation Project Manager position at Renew Home?

We have an immediate need for a Project Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients and subcontractors during the renovation process
- Develop and maintain thriving relationships with subcontractors
- Ensure subcontractors have a clear understanding of the scope of work prior to the project’s start date
- Oversee subcontractors through the course of a project, and be the final approval for finished work
- Ensure quality work is performed in a timely manner
- Manage the scheduling of all aspects of a project (subcontractors, material deliveries, client walkthroughs, etc.)
- Maintain material lists and ensure all items necessary for the project are on site or have been ordered
- Maintain inventory for projects on a jobsite in an organized fashion
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite to enhance the client experience
- Capture before, during, and after project photos to be used in newsletters, social media posts, and more
- Place yard signs and other marketing materials at the jobsite during the project
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Google Suite (docs, sheets, email, calendar)
