Residential House Manager

Renew Residential Services provides home and community-based waiver services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide individuals with a harmonious and fulfilling home while establishing a culture that recognizes the value of each person, client, or team member

• Residential Managers report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Operations of Renew Residential. RM's oversee an entire branch of the agency that is responsible for providing direct care hours to our clients and lead a team of 7-20 direct caregivers and team leads to ensure delivery of quality services and accurate and compliant state documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that your clients’ needs are met through the actions and care that you and your team provides

Other duties include:

· Scheduling coordination

· Performing direct care floor hours

· Providing proactive coaching, training, constructive critique, and enacting disciplinary actions

· Communications with SSA’s, guardians, and other team members

· Conducting weekly team meetings and trainings

Performing random drop in’s and home audits

· Keeping stellar employee and client records

· Transporting clients to Dr. Appointments and errands

· Attending client ISP meetings

· Providing emergency coverage

· Coordination of client event calendars

Minimum qualifications, experience in the caregiving field, preferred experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Must have at least one year management experience. Must have a clean background check and drivers license with auto insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
