Renew Residential Services provides home and community-based waiver services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide individuals with a harmonious and fulfilling home while establishing a culture that recognizes the value of each person, client, or team member
Other duties include:
· Scheduling coordination
· Performing direct care floor hours
· Providing proactive coaching, training, constructive critique, and enacting disciplinary actions
· Communications with SSA’s, guardians, and other team members
· Conducting weekly team meetings and trainings
Performing random drop in’s and home audits
· Keeping stellar employee and client records
· Transporting clients to Dr. Appointments and errands
· Attending client ISP meetings
· Providing emergency coverage
· Coordination of client event calendars
Being a Residential Manager means leading by example, a good candidate would hold the following traits:
Minimum qualifications, experience in the caregiving field, preferred experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Must have at least one year management experience. Must have a clean background check and drivers license with auto insurance.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
