What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketer position at Renew, Revive, and Infodontics?
We have a very unique marketing opportunity. We are dental specialists who also run a dental lab, have online resources used by dentists worldwide, and run educational courses for dentists who fly in from all over the country. We need a marketer to market all four businesses. The dental practice has some marketing in place like Google and Facebook ads that go into a funnel-type CRM where our team manages those leads. We plan to continue using the current company we have for this, but there are other marketing avenues the dental practice needs on top of these efforts.
The way we envision this going is that we would have a weekly meeting to make goals (long-term, short-term, and weekly) and then you would manage your time to balance those goals across all 4 businesses. The main responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
1) Managing our social media presence with frequent posts to all businesses. This would include creating new content, posting it, and commenting on what you can (and notifying us when you need us to comment).
2) Running ads across Google, Facebook, and also using retargeting to have ads show up across a user's internet experience. While this is currently being handled for the dental practice, it is not for the other businesses.
3) Local efforts to attract dentists here in the valley to know who we are, what we do, and ultimately refer certain types of patients our way. We value these relationships with local dentists and need these relationships nurtured.
4) Manage the content creation. We have a video editing guy, but will need you to capture video footage for his editing (he is out of state). We are looking for a graphic designer, but if you have graphic design skills (and the time), we would be up for you to do this. But at a minimum, manage that all content is created. An artistic eye for guiding others toward content that fits our brand is needed.
5) Gather any available statistics on the marketing efforts so that we can track what is working and make decisions.
6) Eventually, we would like you to manage CRM software to automate lead management across the businesses.
