Nurse Practitioner Needed for Wound Care (Nursing Home and Rehab)
Seeking NP's to join our team. Providers will work in skilled nursing facilities and participate in weekly bedside wound rounds with nursing home staff, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement, establish plan of care and work within facility protocols.
