Accounts Receivable Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• Receiving credit card and cash deposits and posting to relevant systems
• Processing and recording all 3rd party customer financing
• Maintaining accurate customer deposits records and reconciling with QuickBooks A/R
• Owning and maintaining an accurate, outstanding AR schedule
• Work closely with finance, sales and operations teams to drive process efficiency
• Assists in other corporate finance activities as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING | THE PERSON

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, or other financial software
• Intermediate Excel skills in the areas of financial reporting and analysis
• Prior experience in a multi-location, highly matrixed environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
• Hands on, results driven self-starter
• Flexible and resilient to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing business conditions
• A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task
• A strong value system, excellent judgment, unquestioned integrity
• Understanding of our Operating Principles; making them the guidelines for how you do your job
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and cash application
