WORK THE STATE FAIR, HAVE FUN, GET PAID!
Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Scheduling will be 8:30am-2:00pm; 1:00pm 5:30pm; 4:30pm - 10:00pm. Need to work at least 3 shifts throughout the entire fair.

YOUR ROLE:
Event Representation: Be the face of our brand at the NC State Fair
Engage with the Public: Actively interact, gather consumer feedback, and provide information with scripted responses
Collect Contact Information: Help set up appointments and gather potential leads
Bring Enthusiasm: Balance excitement, professionalism, and teamwork in every interaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
Outgoing and Self-Motivated: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Hands-On: Ability to assist with event setup and takedown
Reliable Transportation: Essential for commuting to the State Fair
Script Memorization: Comfortably memorize and deliver a short script
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Availability: Weekend and Weekdays
Tech-Savvy: Basic technology skills required
