Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen® windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
This position plays an integral role within Renewal by Andersen. You will be calling homeowners who have already had a presentation and have decided not to move forward with us. Your objective is to figure out why they decided to not move forward with us along with scheduling a new appointment so we can address their questions and concerns.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Must make at least 200 outbound dials per shift
- Must have 4 year proven sales experience
- Consistently generate at least 150k in revenue per month along with meeting or exceeding other team KPIs
- Using your sales background, you must be able to identify and understand the homeowner’s “why”
- Must be comfortable using and personalizing a script
- Must be able to navigate multiple different applications like email, our CRM system, and Microsoft Office applications
- Must be open to some travel
- Have a genuine conversation that shows you care about their project and that you would like to help them solve their existing window/door problems
Qualifications:
- You must reside in the state of Tennessee
- Must have 4 year proven sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to the conversation at hand
- Willingness to have difficult conversations, manage conflict and de-escalate emotional situations
- Excellent active listening skills
- High attention to detail
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Proficient computer skills, including comfortability navigating various systems simultaneously
- Multitasking capabilities
- Strong and reliable WIFI
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay of $20/hr with an uncapped commission structure on sales made/saved
- Specialists are averaging 65-75k annually in this position. Top performers making 100k annually

Schedule:
- Work from home! There may occasionally be times where you will be needed to come into the office
- Must be able to work some mornings and some evenings between the hours 7:50am-6pm Monday - Friday and 8:50-3:30pm on either Saturday or Sunday
- One weekend shift every week is required
