The RN / LPN will demonstrate proficiency in administering the fundamentals of the nursing process, contribute to nursing assessments, the development of nursing care plans, and participate in the evaluation of care.

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Possess a diploma from an accredited school of Nursing and an active RN or LPN License for the state of WI
- Must possess the understanding and abilities to comply with federal and state rules and regulations as it applies to nursing homes and the Nurse Practice Act
