Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Developer to join our sales team. The Project Developer will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless transition from the sales phase to design & project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing residential remodeling opportunities.
- Conduct initial client meetings to understand project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and present detailed proposals.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the residential remodeling or construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of residential remodeling processes and terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
