JOB PURPOSE
The Business Development Associate is responsible for generating new business throughout the RI Markets through a variety of marketing and sales strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Recruitment: Booths, partnerships, interviews
- B2B Sales: Realtors, events, B2B Initiatives with employer benefits of large events
- Assistance in Marketing strategy: L-10 and Marketing IDS, different ideas to drive business with Community Partner and Branding
- Intern Leadership: Teach and lead the interns
- Print marketing at times.
- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the sales team
- Creating proposals and presentation materials
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise sales interns when the company has placed them in the organization.

2 Years of account executive or similar job
Experience in in-home services industry or odd jobs
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, NOT REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
