We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader for a client-facing position.
The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for managing budget and driving revenue growth as well as managing, leading, and training Sales Executives. The DSM ensures strategic client relationships with property management company leadership while also developing and managing relationships with industry and association leaders in the area.

- You’ll proactively forecast opportunities and challenges, analyze trends, and make necessary adjustments to achieve district targets.

- Minimum three years (5 years preferred) of professional experience working with various technology solutions and digital interfaces.
- Minimum of three years (5 years preferred) leading an outside sales team, with the ability to articulate how you grew sales and met or exceeded sales targets.
- Prior experience leading a B2B sales team is strongly preferred
- Prior experience leading a sales team in a SaaS or digital sales environment is strongly preferred
- Previous professional experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboards (Power BI or Tableau)
- The DSM must live and work in their assigned market
- Prior experience using salesforce.com is preferred.
- This is a full-time, field Sales leadership role that requires a minimum of 60% field travel per week.
