Job Purpose:
The Customer Relationship Analyst will primarily assist with daily credit operations and completes special projects as needed.
Essential Duties:
• Completes daily call list
• Partner with Sales Team & Store Operations to monitor assigned customer accounts
• Collect and verify information pertaining to the lien and bond process
• Issue notices to applicable clients according to Texas Property Codes and follow-up afterwards in a timely manner
• Regularly audit and adhere to timelines set by Customer Relationship Manager regarding file transfers to Third Party Collection efforts
Other Duties:
• Answer phones in a friendly, courteous, professional manner and promptly return calls from all constituents
• Process Tax Certificates for adjustments
• Monitor any short-paid invoices and follow-up with customers
• Assist the Customer Relationship Manager with special projects as assigned
• Help train any new hires in the Customer Relationship Department
• Fill in for absent co-workers as needed
• Monitor and process customer insurance coverage pertaining to Loss Damage Waivers
• Partner with other credit relationship team members and other co-workers to accomplish goals established by Customer Relationship Manager
• All other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
• Organized & Detail-Oriented with a Professional Demeanor
• Able to multi-task, sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time & perform basic math
• Ability & desire to proactively manage relationships; Serve others with excellence.
• Customer service, research, & analytical skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years’ experience in credit & collections preferred but not required
