Property Manager
Overview
Rentals 180, LLC is currently hiring for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the operational performance of a multifamily property in Modesto . The ideal candidate will have a background in property management.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the property including leasing, management, and operations
- Negotiate rental rates with properties’ residents
- Maintain accurate property records with current and past tenants
- Respond to complaints about properties by providing adequate information about properties' location, location' address, contact phone numbers and policies
- Manage properties' appearance and ensure public is attracted to the location of the apartment
Experience
- 2 years' experience in property management
- Excellent organizational skills. Strong attention to detail
