What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Reward Manager position at Rentokil?
Support the Group Reward Director in the design, implementation and communication of the reward strategy, policies and programmes across the Group targeted at attracting, engaging and retaining key talent.
Key Tasks:
- Support the Group Reward Director to deliver the group reward strategy.
- Manage annual cyclical reward activities for the Group, which includes salary review, bonus processes, salary review budget process and performance calibration in line with the governance framework.
- For Corporate UK, working closely with the Group HR Business Partner, manage the annual pay review & bonus process and administration and manage the grading and benchmarking processes; help the business grade positions, deliver analysis and insight on salary benchmarking.
- Support and advise regions on global reward policies and processes.
- Review, provide guidance and gain approval for senior package changes (Work Level 4 ), ensuring decisions are in line with our Reward strategy, data and governance framework.
- Manage detailed Reward analytical projects such as CEO pay ratio calculations, diversity pay analysis (e.g. Gender Pay Gap) and other modelling or analysis as needed.
- Support the Group Reward Director in the preparation of papers for the Remuneration Committee and delivery of the Directors Remuneration Report, Directors Remuneration Policy Review and other required filings and audit requirements.
- Manage administration of the pension plan and any other pension related activities in the UK and respond to queries that have been escalated from participants or HR colleagues.
- Manage the global participation and purchasing of salary surveys on an annual basis. Deliver input to reward surveys to establish and maintain up to date knowledge of external market conditions.
- Design and implement effective communication and education strategies regarding compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Experience in Reward in a senior role
- Executive Compensation experience
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to use analysis to lead to interpretation and storytelling
- Experience working with US markets would be desirable
- Experience on Google Office Suit would be desirable
