We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our dealership.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dealership's daily operations by performing various administrative tasks. You will report to the Controller and work closely with other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting and Data Entry
Filing and Record Keeping
Provide support to Sales and Service Teams
Daily Deposit
Additional Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant role or similar position.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and processes is a plus but not required.
