Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide world class service to customers primarily through email, chat and phone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, and taking initiative to find solutions.
- Manage customer accounts, recording details of all actions taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are processed as instructed by customer, and as cost efficient as possible for the company.
- Ability to embody Grit, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Teamwork w/out Ego, Initiative, and Follow Through on a day to day basis.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Typing speed above 60 WPM (words per minute). Test will be required prior to hiring.
- Demonstrated interest in fitness, weightlifting, CrossFit, etc is preferred.
- High school diploma, or 1-3 years in an order processing/customer service role.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, rank priorities and execute accordingly.
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC applications, such as web based email programs, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Fun and positive attitude
