Position Overview

We are seeking a fully licensed, compassionate, and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. As a remote therapist at Reparo Health, you will provide therapy via video, supporting individuals on their journey to emotional wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, or families.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
• Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention, if necessary.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of client information.
  
  

Qualifications

• Fully licensed to provide therapy in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D. or equivalent).
• Prior clinical experience in mental health therapy preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using technology for telehealth sessions and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism.
• Experience with diverse populations and treatment modalities is a plus.
