Overview
The Associate Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Network and/or Application Infrastructure with expertise in the strategy, design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects in an Global Entreprise environment.
Responsibilities
•Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity•Plan and implement network changes in a high availability environment.•Work with deployment teams and data center operations providing support during new capacity additions and changes on the Enterprise network.•Maximizing network performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.•Installing and configuring Infrastructure equipment•Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating Infrastructure issues to other employees and management•Installing and maintaining operating environments.•Monitoring these operating environments.•Updating any software and hardware where necessary.
Qualifications
Tech School / Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred; 0-2 or more years related experience, of which should be with hands on architecting, designing, developing, and implementing Infrastructure solutions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
