Cashier

Republik Coffee in Burbank is looking for one Cashier to join our team. We are passionate about our coffee and food we are looking for an individual who shares that passion with us. Here at Republik we wholeheartedly believe in providing our customers with a fantastic experience, from the hello at the door to the art in the cup.

We pool tips and add them to your paycheck. The adjusted hourly rate with tips included is about $24 to $26 /hour and often more. You can expect a baseline of $6.5 to $7 per hour in tips plus additional cash tips. We also offer health benefits for full-time employees.

For this position previous experience is necessary. But what is most important is a genuine excitement for what we do, a willingness to learn, and a desire to take care of your fellow humans.

*Composure in high-stress situations. *High integrity, Self-Driven, High Emotional Intelligence. *Problem Solver. *Strong personality and character. *Excellent customer service skills. *An ability to build relationships with the client base. *Working experience as a cashier in a restaurant
